  • Name and email — when you join the waitlist or request your results by email.
  • Usage data — anonymised analytics (clicks, scrolls, page interactions) collected via Microsoft Clarity, only if you accept analytics cookies.
  • Event data — figures you enter into the calculator (costs, capacity, ticket prices). This is non-personal and used only to generate your results.

2. Why we collect it

  • To improve the product based on real usage.
  • To communicate updates about Ticket Oracle+ (only if you opt in).
  • To analyse user behaviour and identify pain points.

3. How long we keep data

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or until you ask us to delete it.

4. Third-party tools

  • Microsoft Clarity — analytics provider. May collect anonymised usage data such as clicks, scrolls, and interaction patterns. Loaded only if you accept analytics cookies.
  • Email provider — used to send waitlist confirmations and product updates.

5. Data storage

Your data is stored securely with our infrastructure providers. Access is restricted and protected with industry-standard measures.

6. Use of data for benchmarking and product improvement

We may use event data entered into Ticket Oracle in an aggregated and anonymised form to improve our models, benchmarks, and insights.

This means that individual events, users, or organisations will never be identifiable. We do not use personal data for benchmarking purposes.

By using Ticket Oracle, you acknowledge that anonymised and aggregated data may be used to enhance the accuracy and usefulness of the platform for all users.
